FREE OnlineMeeting Pro licenses for our customers and non-customers. With OnlineMeeting Pro, remote workers can hold global online meetings using high-definition video & audio conferencing, screen sharing, call recording, chats, note-taking, and more, with no restriction on meeting length.
One FREE OnlineWebinar Pro license per account. OnlineWebinar Pro enables companies to hold larger live broadcast events for up to 200 people, such as corporate all-hands meetings, webinars, lectures, religious services, and other virtual events.

Promotion: OnlineMeeting Pro and OnlineWebinar Pro for Customers
From 12:01 a.m. Eastern time on March 24, 2020 through 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on December 31, 2020 (the “Promotional Period”), direct Security First IT, LLC (SFIT) customer accounts will be eligible to receive, free of charge, (A) OnlineMeeting Pro services (“Pro Plan”) for all new users of such service and (B) for each customer account, one (1) OnlineWebinar Pro license, in each case through the end of the Promotional Period (“Promotion”).
This Promotion applies to new customers (and new users of existing customers) activating the OnlineMeeting services referenced herein during the Promotional Period and does not apply to (A) existing users of existing customers or (B) customers who terminate an existing OnlineMeeting service during the Promotional Period and then attempt to restart it within the Promotional Period. OnlineMeeting services subscribed to under this Promotion will be free of charge beginning on the date of activation. Under this Promotion, Customer Support availability will be limited to emails only during normal business hours, as well as self-help online support resources. Phone Support and Live Chat will not be available.
To take advantage of this Promotion, business accounts must have a valid NC or SC business license on file in the applicable State at the time of service activation. Individual single licenses of OnlineMeeting Pro do not require a business license. At the end of the Promotional Period, the customer’s access to the Pro Plan services will be terminated unless the customer confirms, in writing, that they wish to begin paying for the services. If the customer decides to retain the Pro Plan services, a charge for all enabled (i) Pro Plan services and/or (ii) Webinar Pro licenses will occur on the 1st of the calendar month following the end of the Promotional Period (i.e., January 1, 2021) and will include a charge for the full calendar month (i.e., for January 2021). In the event that, as of the end of the Promotional Period, the customer has not provided Security First IT with valid and complete billing information, (a) the Pro Plan services will automatically be cancelled and all data securely destroyed. If the customer cancels its account or subscription at any time before the end of the Promotional Period, no charges will be applied, and the applicable Pro Plan services and Webinar Pro license issued under this Promotion will end immediately upon such cancellation. By participating in this Promotion, each customer acknowledges, agrees and gives its consent that such customer, and each of its end users, may be contacted by Security First IT and Intermedia via email for educational, instructional and informational purposes related to the OnlineMeeting services referenced herein.
Existing users of existing AnyMeeting customers, as well as customers that are currently on Intermedia’s dedicated platform, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Businesses outside of North Carolina and South Carolina are not eligible for this promotion.
To be eligible, customers must be in good standing with Security First IT and must not be in violation of any relevant agreements or policies or be past due on any obligations. Security First IT reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms of this Promotion at any time without notice. Security First IT further reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these terms.
